Galloni Aseg G-Therm ovens are designed to ensure excellent thermal uniformity during the firing of the melting cylinders. These furnaces ensure that each cast piece reaches the desired quality, thanks to a complete temperature control.

The insulated heating chamber ensures a uniform temperature, while the smoke evacuation system in the initial phase of the heating cycle optimizes the entire process.

The system allows to program up to 10 heat treatment cycles, and thanks to the LCD screen it is possible to view its duration and thermal curve.

We have heat-insulated mufflers for low energy consumption with heated door and operating temperature of 950 °C.
